I am so tired, and I can't get the f-ing doctor to understand that. I'm not just tired, I'm getting around 4-5 hours of sleep a night and exhausted tired.

And of course his nurse can't seem to get him a message to save his life. I need a note to go back to work, people. It's required by FMLA guidelines and I can't seem to get that through her head!!!
